Angelique is General Counsel at the Georgia Department of Driver Services.

Ben is the owner of The Sessions Law Firm, LLC, and has personally tried over 50 cases to trial as a private attorney and is 1 of only 4 attorneys in Georgia to be Board Certified in DUI Defense by the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD). Ben is a Faculty member of the NCDD and he has served as the Co-Chair for the Georgia Public Defender Council's annual DUI Trial Strategies seminar since 2014. 

As the Regional Business Manager for Smart Start, LLC, Jessica oversees the states of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and North Carolina. Rocker acts as a conduit to foster communication between various agencies and groups regarding the use of alcohol monitoring technology.

Laura  is owner of Wester Law, and specializes in the defense of felony and misdemeanor criminal offenses in metro-Atlanta and north Georgia and has focused on DUI defense for 12 years. She also serves as a team member of the Gwinnett County DUI Court.

Juanita  is a senior attorney in the DUI Division of the City of Atlanta Public Defender’s Office. For 8 years, she has focused on criminal defense with an emphasis in DUI defense and currently defends more than 300 DUI cases a year. In addition to being a DWI Detection and Field Sobriety Testing Instructor, she is also trained in Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) and has training on the Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) program. 

Ashley is the owner of Schiavone Law Group, P.C., and the author of Defending DUI: Case Outline. She is a frequent lecturer at DUI defense conferences around the country and has consistently been named a “Rising Star” by “Georgia Super Lawyers” since 2017. She also serves as a team member of the Gwinnett County DUI Court.

Josh is owner of Caselock, Inc. He has served as a Police Officer in Roswell, Georgia for over 10 years. Assigned to the DUI Task Force, he was the Field Training Officer for new recruits in the DUI phase of training. Throughout his career, he conducted approximately 4000 DUI investigations.
